Tristar Music is a British company specialising in the supply of Brass Musical Instruments. From our factory in Sussex we have been manufacturing and distributing music based products for 10 years. The instruments on this website are from the Tristar factory in Mumbai, India. The company has a long tradition of providing quality brass instruments to both amateur and professional players.

Through our website we are able to offer a large range of instruments at quite exceptional prices. The Pofessional range in particular has previously been sold in the uk at prices well in excess of those available on this site.

All instruments are held at our Sussex factory and can be despatched within 48 hours of order. If there is any delay, we will contact you by email.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is extremely easy. Just browse our store, and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection , click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.

You can pay for your order online using the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB and Maestro.

To ensure that you will always have the highest levels of security, your credit card numbers are automatically encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in any clear text on any website.

We are happy to accept payment by cheque or by credit card over the telephone. If paying by cheque, please allow five working days for cheque clearance, prior to despatch of your order.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery of all instruments is via Parcelforce and we use a standard two day service. Carriage Charges are as follows:

UK Mainland £10.00.


All Offshore Islands and Scottish Highlands £15.00


Delivery of small items, e.g. cleaning kit, mouth pieces and mutes, to any UK address will be made by Royal Mail at a cost of: -
Up to 3 items - £2.50
Up to 6 items - £5.00
More than 6 items - £7.00

Delivery Schedule

We are only able to deliver within the UK.

We aim to despatch your goods within two working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery of all instruments is via Parcelforce and we use a standard two day service. Carriage Charges are as follows:

UK Mainland £10.00.


All Offshore Islands £15.00


Delivery of small items, e.g. cleaning kit, mouth pieces and mutes, to any UK address will be made by Royal Mail at a cost of £2.50 per order.

Please note that we are unable to make Saturday deliveries. Items despatched from our warehouse on a Friday, will usually arrive on Tuesday. If you have any specific delivery date or requirement, please do let us know and we will always do our best to meet these requirements where possible.
All parcels need to be signed for. If you are out when the driver tries to deliver your goods, the parcel will be returned to the nearest depot. A card will be left through your door, explaining what you should do to rearrange delivery. Please wherever possible, give a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Returns Policy

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your new instrument. If however, you wish to return it, you may do so within fourteen days of receipt of the parcel. Please ensure that the instrument is unused and securely wrapped in the original packaging. The cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility. We can arrange collection if you wish via Parcelforce. The charge for this service is £10.00. A refund will be credited to you on receipt of returned goods at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time prior to despatch of goods. Any payment made will be refunded.
If the goods have already been despatched prior to cancellation, please return the goods to us in good condition and we will process a refund on receipt. Please allow up to 14 days.
